Benazir Bhutto Killed in Pakistan Explosion

Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was killed in a gun and bomb attack after a rally in the city of Rawalpindi on Thursday, her party said. Bhutto died in hospital in Rawalpindi. Television reports suggested that she had been shot in the head.

Police said a suicide bomber fired shots at Bhutto as she was leaving the rally venue in a park before blowing himself up. Police said 16 people had been killed in the blast.

Prison Break: Episode Paris Back


If you've been watching Prison Break lately, then reading about Paris and her "prison breaks" would seem as bewildering to you as it has been to me. Paris Hilton was out of prison yet again. However, this time she only managed to get to use her Get out of Jail Free card only to be able to go to the hospital.

The Hilton heiress spent most of the week at the hospital being treated for psychological problems. Her medical condition now is stable and she's back to wearing her prison stripes once again yesterday.

Kelly Clarkson Cancels Summer Tour

If you were looking foward to Kelly Clarkson's Summer tour, apparently you were among the very few. Clarkson called off her tour this summer due to low ticket sales.

Kelly Clarkson, winner of the first American Idol back in 2002 went on to win two grammy awards last year. However, she hasn't been able to get much attention from fans for the tour she had planned this summer.

"Ticket sales have not been what we anticipated and we came to the realization that we had bit off more than we could chew," said Michael Rapino, chief executive officer of concert promotion company LiveNation.

Hasselhoff wins custody of kids in divorce



The former Bay Watch star, David Hasselhoff, has won custody of his two kids after a feirce court battle with his ex wife Pamela Bach.

Hasselhoff, 54, now one of the judges of the new show America's Got Talent said that he had been suffering from alcoholism but went through rehabilitation. A video clip of the Bay Watch star shirtless and drunk surfaced on the internet a few months ago and was shown in court. He admitted of going through rehabiltation and that he had a relapse.

"The judge said, 'enough is enough'," he told reporters.

Now Hasselhoff has custody of both daughters Taylor Ann, 17, and Hayley 14. His ex-wife and her lawyer have declined to comment on the case, saying that a court order had prevented them to.

Sanjaya added to Jordin's list


American Idol winner, Jordin Sparks, has now included co-participant Sanjaya Malakar in her list of favorite male singers which includes singers Justin Timberlake and John Mayer. Sanjaya had gained the public's appreciation during his run because of his unusual style, something that the American Idol champ has recognised in her interview when she told the Associate Press that Sanjaya "had so much guts".


The two 17 year olds will sing in the American Idol concert tour starting in July along with other finalists of the hit show.

Tracy Morgan deals with drinking problems


Tracy Morgan will be wearing an alcohol monitoring device as part of his court ordered treatment for the next 2 months. Morgan pleaded guilty on a drunk driving charge in Febraury in New York and had also pleaded a no contest to a Driving Under Influence (DUI) charge earlier in Los Angeles.


Morgan, who will host the TV's "Guys Choice" awards in June, has addressed his drinking problem in public but had also said in an interview that he's trying to "keep moving forward".

Lindsay Lohan's father reveals about multiple addictions


Lindsay Lohan's father has told the media that the actress / singer suffers from multiple addictions including alcohol and OxyContin (a painkiller). Lohan has just recently checked into a rehab center after being arrested for suspicion of Driving Under Influence (DUI) after she crashed her car. Rehab centers aren't something new for Lindsay who has already checked in a rehab facility earlier this year.
